Service Description
I welcome you to join my heart led, research based approach to working with anxiety through yoga.
During this session you will be invited to explore movement, breath and some stillness through supportive practices from the worlds of yoga, psychology and meditation. There will be opportunities to try dynamic movements, grounding somatic based movements, vagus nerve exercises, breath awareness and a short meditation.
