Yin Yoga

Grounding & Softening

Pause and soften. Connect. Allow. Listen

In the practice of Yin where we invite ourselves to pause in mate based shapes for 2-5 minutes we may use these 4 points to ground us. Yin is the opposite of the yang and business of everyday life.

This powerful practice may give allowance for stress relief and also nourishment to ourselves energetically and the tissues of the physical body.
